Role: Artist

The Association of the Supernatural, Monstrous, and Other-worldly Case Investigators or ASMOCI, for short, is an international, private organization whose aim is to deal with the out of the ordinary and bizarre monstrous cases around the world.

ASMOCI is a comic based off of my Monsters of the Week campaign. Mysterious cases and horrendous monsters prowl the streets of the City. The Monster Hunters are here to protect the innocent and solve mysteries.

Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS
All commissions will be made digitallyAll commissions will include a small watermark that may not be removed nor covered upPrices are subject to change based on the complexity of the requestThe artist has the right to turn down requestsRush jobs will be charged an additional 30% of the total price (this includes any add-ons like additional characters, props, backgrounds, etc)
USAGE POLICY
The commissioned image is intended for personal use only and should not be reproduced and distributed commercially unless otherwise agreed upon.
PAYMENT
Payments shall be made through Gcash (Local), PayPal and Ko.fi (Local and International)Accepted currencies are US Dollar (USD) and Philippine Peso (PHP)A down payment of 50% of the agreed price must be paid after approval of the request. The remaining 50% shall be paid when the client has approved of the sketch. The client can also choose to pay in full.Do not send your payment until your request for commission has been approved by the artist
PROCESS AND DELIVERY
The artist will send screenshots of the progress throughout the commission for your reviewThe commission may take 1 week to 2 months to finish depending on outside factors such as health, personal business, other commission work, and complexity of the commissionThe artist will notify you should any problems arise that may affect the progress of the commissionOnce the artwork has been finished, you will receive a full-resolution version, as well as a web-friendly version of the image that you may upload to your social media accounts.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
You are not allowed to ask for a refund after the commission has begun and your slot has been reservedYou will receive a full refund if for any reason the artist is unable to start the commissionDo not request a PayPal chargeback if you are getting the refund. The artist will be the one to transfer the money back

Standard image sizes are: - A4 size (2894 x 4093px @ 300 pixels/inch, landscape or portrait)
- 16x9 (3840 x 2160px @ 300 pixels/inch)
- 8x9 (1920 x 2160px @ 300 pixels/inch)
Prices will remain the same regardless of which option you have chosen
You may request for other sizes not listed above

Make sure to include references and descriptions before the sketching phase in order to avoid excessive revisions. Major revisions requested after the final drawing has been approved will be charged with an additional fee.
